Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 48hrs from the date of receipt. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange on scratched, or defaced will be allowed. All order returns must be made in advance by emailing our customer service department. No returns will be accepted if customer didn't notify us of the return. A photocopy of your original invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return package along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you.
It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of the parts before installation. All approved refunds will be paid by either Paypal Refund, Company Check, or in ways of store credit in exchange of other products in equivalent value. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns for refund credit back to the purchasing credit card. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will be allowed.
No personal/company check payment will be accepted, period.
Our standardized shipping is through US Postal Serivce (USPS), same with International Orders.
All products purchased will be shipped with delivery/tracking number emailed to the buyers when shipped. All items are shipped normally within 5-7 business days. Buyer will be notified via email for any back order items and estimate delivery time frame.
All orders will ONLY BE SHIPPED to the card holder's billing address, accompany by signature requested in the presence and time of courier delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS!
HR Autoparts will require the customer to pay in full at the time of order through mail in payment or online shopping via credit cards. We will NOT accept COD terms. Other forms of payment accepted are PAYPAL, or International Money Orders/Cashier's Check.
All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. HR Autoparts is not responsible for errors, mis-prints published on this website. All merchandise information presented in our website were true and correct at the time of publication but may subject to change at any given time.
Any shipments refused/rejected by the buyer's instructed shipping premise does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with HR Autoparts for refused shipment. If the buyer decides to cancel the order based on this circumstance, all freight charges associated with the shipment and 20% restocking fee will be charged to the customer. If the buyer decides to continue the order, additional freight charge will be billed to the customer for the re-shipment.
Any shipping charge corrections requested by the customer with the shipping carrier is to be responsible by the customer.
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will reimburse the return freight charge and ship the correct item(s) at no additional charge to you.
We do not ship with insurance. Insurance is optional at the buyers request for an additional fee. For orders with insurance, any damaged shipment should be checked in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damaged to your shipment must be made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing materials for carrier inspection/pick up. All shipment will be carefully packed and insulated before leaving our premise. If you must file for a damage claim, please do so within 24 hours time upon receipt of your package. If ever so unfortunate that a shipment is lost, we will initiate the claim with the shipper for compensation. We shall reimburse a replacement product that was lost or refund only after the carrier's compensation, this also applies to damaging items.
No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by the customer's abuse, negligence, and/or mishandling. All merchandise sold by HR Autoparts is only subject to the manufacturer's warranty, if any, and are subject to the submission to the manufacturer for approval of repairs or replacement of merchandise. If you receive a defective item(s), please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of the product. Customer however will be responsible for shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any claims. There is no warranty on electrical parts and internal engine or turbo parts. When an item is sent to manufacturer for warranty, HR Autoparts IS NOT guaranteed to provide a replacement. It is MANUFACTURER'S DECISION to decide whether they will replace the the ordered item or not depending on the reason for defect.
Please check your state and local laws regarding the use of any of the parts we sell on public roads, as some items may only be tailored for OFF-ROAD USE only and not be used on public road.
We will hold and ship all back order items as soon as possible. If you wish to have the back order item canceled, please do so by EMAILING US.
All back ordered items may not be canceled if it has already been enroute to us or shipped. If you must cancel back order items when the items were being directed to us or shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the customer.
All engine performance upgrades directly related to engine, exhaust systems, turbo charging/supercharging systems, and fuel injection systems are legal in California only for racing vehicles, which may never be used on highway or public roads unless otherwise specified. Buyer in other States must check with their local state laws regarding the use of any performance products.
A tax rate of 9.75% will be added to the sales order amount for residents who reside in California.
